Device rental questions:

What type of devices do you rent?

We rent Basic phones, Smartphones and Tablets.

Are the Basic phones, Smartphones and Tablets unlocked?

Yes.

Do you offer US and International SIM cards?

Yes.

Should I logout and reset the Smartphone or Tablet when I am done?  

Yes.  If you forget, we will rest the device.

If I rent your devise with the SIM card, do I need to install the SIM card?

The SIM card is already installed.

What should I do is I lost the devise or if it is stolen?

Please contact us immediately.

Rental online order form questions:

How can I place an order?

You can place your order on our secure web site.  You can also place your order by calling our toll free number is 888-540-1170.

When should I place my order?

We accept orders anytime, 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

Will someone contact me when I place my order?

We will confirm your order via email and/or call you.

Billing questions:

Is your service prepaid?

Yes.

How will I be billed?

We only accept major credit cards.

What type of credit cards do you accept?

We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express

Is an authorization amount required with the rental?

There is an authorization amount required with your rental. This authorization amount is $200.00. We process this authorization the date we ship your rental order. This is just a hold for funds, not an actual charge on your credit card.

Is the authorization a charge on my credit card?

It’s not a charge, only a hold on the funds.

Why do you have an authorization amount?

This is just to cover the cost of the rental device and accessories you are renting.

When will I be charged?  

We will charge your credit card the day we ship your order.

Delivery & Return questions:

Do you offer expedite shipping?

Rush orders are always welcomed.

When can I receive my rental device?

We can deliver your device 2 – 3 days before your start rental date, just specify this date when placing your order.

When does the rental period start and end?

Please specify your Start and End of rental dates when placing your order.

Where can you ship the rental devise?

We can deliver to your home, office, hotel and convention center. We do not ship to shipping companies and international destinations.

When do I return the rental phone?

Please ship the rental device back to our office within two days of your end rental date.

How do I return the rental device?

We will include a non-prepaid return “USPS Priority padded Mail Envelope” with the rental. You can pay for this service at your local post office. You can also pay and print the label on the USPS website.

Do I have to use the return USPS Priority mail envelope?

You are not obligated to use this return service. You can use any shipping courier (FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL) service you prefer at your own expense. You are not required to overnight the rental back to our office.

Does shipping transit time (too and from) apply to the billing?

Shipping transit time is not considered. We only consider the actual rental dates (Start and End) in the billing.

What type of delivery service do you offer?

USPS. Please refer to the “Delivery” section for shipping rates.
